AI ENGINEER

Do you want to lay the foundation for an AI team instead of just joining an existing one?

We're looking for our first AI Engineer to help build the company's AI capabilities, research new technologies, and develop AI solutions for clients.

You will:

• Build AI from the ground up with a high degree of ownership.

• Work with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, and the latest AI technologies.

• Take part in real-world projects and have the opportunity to help shape the company's AI roadmap.

• Grow into positions such as AI Tech Lead or AI Solution Architect in the future.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience developing AI/ML using Python.

• Understands LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, or AI Agents (a plus).

• Is proactive, enjoys research, and is ready to build new things.

• Can communicate in English (a plus).
